Oh, the display apartment is really nice. And chances are, you can't see the apartment you will actually be living in, because it's "not ready yet..." So you get to miss out on witnessing the birth of your hundreds of infant cockroaches that Kennedy Ridge supplies you with...at NO COST TO YOU! Except in sanity! I complained 4 times (yes, they keep track and let you know...) I emptied everything out of my kitchen for spraying each time (a pain!) and everytime there seemed to be more roaches than before the spraying. Then, my family started getting wierd insect bites...I thought mosquitos from when the pools were actually opened (which isn't often due to vandalism/defication), but no, we have our very own colony of BED BUGS. And when you complain about that...well, you must have brought them in on your furniture...(funny how we didn't have them the whole year at our old apartment!) The staff gets huffy when you complain, and don't expect blazing results. Many of the residents are rude lowlifes who will only destroy anything good this complex has to offer...the lamps, the pools, the excercise room...all victims of third world vandalism. My recomendation...don't bother.

This story is so true. Believe it! They sucker you in with nice landscaping on the outside but the inside is hideous.

i'm glad to know this and will use apartment ratings .com before i move anywhere! thanks i am really sorry for my son's friend and family that just moved there thought. i hope they are ok and signed a very short lease! Luis we miss you me and Chris.
