I lived at Kennedy Ridge for approx 4mths until they had to let me out of my lease.
I did not have any issues with bugs.... however... I came home one evening to find that my entire bedroom had been ramsacked. Stuff tossed everywhere... mattress turned over and all bedding torn off. I immediately called the police. Turns out... they had entered my place to spray for "bed bugs" - an order that I did not place or need. I had things missing - and after speaking to the office - I was treated very rude for something that they finally admitted was THEIR mistake. No apolopgy - nothing. A couple days later, the lock on my door was tampered with as well. Georgia was terrible returning calls or dealing with. I called corporate and had a little more luck and was treated with a little more respect.
Agree with the other post regarding not feeling safe walking to/from my car at night as a female.
Always loud music playing from the getto cars in the lot or neighbors.

I was new to the area and did not realize what I was getting into with this place.
Beware!!! NOT worth any deals they are offereing.

Management has made several errors and never had apologized to the tenants, and yes, georgia does not like to return calls especially when they are at fault.
