Kennedy Ridge Apartments

18 hours was enough for me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   This is a horrible place to live. My brother and I signed the lease and moved in and after one night broke the lease. Our neighbor delightfully told us how he had been stabbed there, the guy below him was apparently evicted for dealing crack, and there were still dealers living in the building, so obviously it is NOT a safe place to live. There were apartments that had been vacant for months and NEVER cleaned because they could still charge them rent until another tenant moved in. It is a horrible property and horribly managed. They tack on charges for EVERYTHING... Even normal maintenance work. We signed the paperwork to end our lease nearly 3 weeks ago under the Thompson-Michie satisfaction guarantee, and we still have not received our check we were promised. So I'm going back tomorrow and if they do not have documentation of the process I WILL be taking them to court. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
