SO, unlike all these comments, which are mostly from 2006.. WOW.. long time ago.. i have actually LIVED here and had no problems. I moved in despite all these notes on here and it is a great place. No its no fancy hotel but nothing bad happened to me. It is actually pretty nice for the price. I lived in a 2 bedroom with my cousin and we never had any problems that were serious. I always had a place to park and there is no crime anywhere. Kennedy ridge has security all over the campus ALL night! Until 4 in the morning!! Not to mention.. someone said they heard gunshots' Are you on crack' You probably are.. They had a 24 hour manteee call the entire time i lived there.. i have only lived there for 6 months and i am renewing my lease. One time i had a problem with the heat in my room and they came within 2 hours. This is not a bad place, i would recommend it to people who are trying to live in a good place. Plus rent isnt too bad!

So If me and My friend wanted to move there you would actually say it is a pretty good place?
