I did a one year lease with this crack house, painfully! I was told moving to another building may help and it was easy since the broilers were being replaced in mine. We moved into an apartment that had pipes held together with duck tape and grocery bags, I am so not lying! The neighbors complained about a smell from my apartment after I reported them stealing electricity all day and night, when my husband almost tripped over the cord in the hall. And when the office called about the complaint and I asked the neighbor across the hall about the smell, she says its your glade plug-ins, haha! They like the ---- smell in the building. So I opted out my lease and they are trying to charge me $9,000. Hell the whole building isn't worth that. The crime rate is up, they are taking in drug dealers and gang members that are in the open in broad daylight doing their thing. I took the time so you won't have to live throught the misery. If your credit is good enough, go somewhere else, please. Maybe Pine Creek, their rent is higher!
