I lived at this community from 1999-2001 and as far as the management company they have no clue. They did not take care of the residents or apartment homes. I have never seen a management company not care. I had asked several times for items to be fixed in the apartment home and everytime I was blown off. I also went to management to have the community taken care of (trash, playground, laundry rooms) and things were never done. WWG is the worst management company out there. This company is to worried about saving money and putting the money back into their pockets.
The manager on site was never in the office, and as far as the service team, there is no service team. Customer service skills are very poor.
I would never recommend anyone to live at any of their communities (Oakridge, KnightsBridge, Cambrian, Cedar Run, Bakertower, Carriage Green). This company is only about themselves and have no consideration for their residents.
