This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. First of all the staff is incompitent the never inform you of anything that's going in the complex. Second of all I've been here for 13mo's & never had neighbors also there are still bad & sore eyed pot holes and other apperances that has not been fixed since Ike. I've been suffering thru these bad & awful conditions for 13mo's because they would'nt let me out of my lease & boy I'm glad it's over, can't wait to move out10/01/09. They ask that you give a 2mo notice before move I gave them 3mo's & I just got a concern call upon it less than 2wks before move out date. Also my water bill has ran 6 to 8 dollars for 13mo;s and @ the last of my occupancy it jumps up to 15 dollars & when I addressed my concern I was given a foul excuse. These complex needs to be condemd most of them are vacant anyway & if you're crazy enough to move over here you would see why. The apartment is large in size but everything and I do mean everything else is horriable absolutely horriable. The only way they get me to stay here would be for them to pay me a resident salary every month. They only have one cable company to provide you with cable but no internet service is available in this complex.I could go on and on about this place but just know you was fair warned...And Oh my GOD the wireing in these apartments are crazy be prepared to have your property insured in case of fire..
