If you want to live with roaches and bed bugs this is your place. Everytime they spray it gets worse. Got rid of the bed bugs on my own. No thanks to them spraying once a month. Then I moved to a different unit in a different bldg because I needed a two bdrm. Now, if the roaches paid rent I wouldn't have to. No one watches their kids and the hallways look like their is a dumpster attached somewhere. Maintenance guys are really nice, but they are so overworked. It takes weeks for them to do anything to try and fix the problem first time. Then it's not done right and you have to wait weeks for them to fix it again. The neighbors called the city so they would mow the 5 ft weeds on the side of the parking lot and there is a swamp behind the pool. Like mosquitos' I'm currently trying to get out of my lease before I'm eaten by roaches. Sounds funny but it's disgusting.
