I was temporarily assigned out of state for a couple of weeks. While i was gone they tried to evict me. they also informed that because i had missed the court date i could not take them back to the court. They'd make lousy attorney's.
They refuse to accept any of my complaints. Complained about my neighbors making death threats to each other. I've also been personally threatened by some of the other tenants. My truck has been vandalized and i have had racial remarks yelled at me. I am white the people who said these things were black.
They also allow trespassers. Almost every day there is a new ad taped to my door or rubber banded to my door knob.
The management staff refuses to do anything about the noise. They have breached their contract over and over.
This place is dangerous and their management staff is a bunch of bullies. They want to get as much money out of their tenants as possible because their apartment has so few tenants right now.
