Give Me A Break, It's Not That Bad

I don't know if it is new owners or what, but the apartments I've been reading about are not the same ones I'm living in. They are remodeling everything, right now outside, soon, inside. My apartment is nice, everything works and the staff and maintenance people have been awesome. The only problem I've had is some insect issues, the apartment was fogged before we moved, but the next door neighbors are dirty so they come back. The residents are predominately Hispanic, which may be an issue for some, but everyone minds their own business and I've never had a bit of trouble. There is some noise on weekend nights, but I've yet to live in a complex where there isn't. Overall, I've had a positive experience living here.

I don't know where you live. Where are you that you aren't suffering like the rest of us who have rated Liberty Creek as "poor"? Yeah, they're remodeling the OUTSIDE while the INSIDE is falling apart. The pests (roaches, bed bugs, mice), the noise, the crime, the loud music, the unsupervised children running around at all hours of the night? Exactly WHERE DO YOU LIVE? It can't be Liberty Creek (Woodridge)! Count your blessings! You are EXTREMELY fortunate!

It is sooooo easy to criticize apartment management and post stories online. What about the genuine effort that the new owners are making to improve the quality of life for it's residnets? Improvements do not happen over night and at least Liberty Creek is attempting to change things, unlike other apartment communities in run down Aurora!
