I lived there for 6 months and it is the most horrible place to live EVER!!! God forbid you don't pay $8 out of $700 of your rent, they will add that $250 lawyers fee plus the $8 a day fee! My friends' husband was killed in an automobile accident and they had 4 kids, she had to go out and get a job, her first paycheck wasn't enough so she was late on her rent and they tacked on the $80 initial fee, plus the $8 per day fee and the $250 lawyer fee. They didn't care why her rent was late, they didn't try to work with her at all, they ended up evicting her and while she stood out there with her 4 kids they went into her apartment and starting throughing her stuff outside, and while they were doing it they were laughing and joking with each other having a good ole' time. Woodridge is full of horrible incompassionate -------- and I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to these apartments!
