Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
When I moved in, in october of 2006. I actually didn't mind the place. Old apartments can only be so nice. Up until May 2007 I had no complaints. In May management decided to put washer and dryer hookups into every apartment, also charging everyone 50.00 more in rent for this lovely addition. For two weeks there were people in the apartment from morning to afternoon doing work. Unfortunatly some of the residents have roaches, roaches from next door came into my apartment. It took 1 month for management to take care of the pests. They have lost the keys to my apartment 3 times now. Several items have come up missing from my apartment. Maintance comes in whenever and dosen't even bother to leave some kind of note as to why they are always in your apartment especially when you are not there. After three weeks with a warm stale fridge. I have yet to get a new one or get it fixed. The construction is poor, I can smell the strong foods that the *hispanic* neighbors that live beneath me are cooking, in my bathroom. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. This is rated my second worst apartment experience. Oh and if you are not a spanish speaking individual, do not expect to get any kind of respect or be treated decent at all when you go to the leasing office.
