I've lived at the Woodridge apartments for about three months and it is the worst mistake I ever made. The first day we moved in there was a mouse in our kitchen. We called the office it took them two weeks to bring mouse traps. I don't know how many times they have come to fumigate the place and there are still roaches in and out of there. Not to mention I've had to throw mine and my kids beds out because of the bed bugs. The people in the office just say we'll send someone over to take care of the problem and look still waiting. Take my advice find some where else to live. It's really expensive here and not worth it at all. The people living upstairs from me got their apt. broken in to and so many people's cars have been stolen. not to mention they don't even have air conditioning.

Don't you wish you could shout it from the moutaintops?!!! For your information, bed bugs are nearly impossible to get rid of!!! They don't hide only in beds...they can hide in baseboards, in furniture, behind light switchplates, beneath the carpeting (yes, even wall-to-wall); even in smoke detectors! The best way to get rid of them?...burn everything! But, of course, you can't burn the carpeting. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself! Go to www.uky.edu/Ag/Entomology/entfacts/struct/ef636.htm and read about how awful this pest infestation can be! I have printed this article and given it to two residents who were able to get out of their lease(s). You won't be able to get rid of bed bugs using whatever pest-control method Woodridge uses! You will have to move to be sure they're gone. I hate to tell you, but you might have to get rid of all of your furniture--if you want to ensure that your children will be safe. I care about you and your family! PLEASE PLEASE HEED MY WARNING! READ THIS ARTICLE! TRY TO GET OUT OF YOUR LEASE and MOVE!

Thank you anonymous!!!! I'm a resident of Woodridge too and have been trying to get rid of them for a couple of months. NOTHING has done any good. We're currently living out of sealed plastic boxes trying to keep them out of our clothes. Everything else we had to throw away! I'm definately going to read this and try to get out of the lease and would urge anyone else living there to do it too!!!!
