i was excited to get my first apartment after high school with my fiance. when we first moved in at the beginning of september, it took mangement until almost 5 pm to give us the keys and the apartment was infested with roaches. also our apartment was supposed to have washer and dryer hook ups but there weren't any. management of course so called got rid of the roaches but they were still there so i had to keep a can of raid at all times. it took maintence three months to put the hook ups in and we were told it would only take approximately 2 weeks. of course it would be during really cold seasons. we pretty much did not have half of the apartment the whole time and we were heating up the neighbors' apartment since there was half a wall. and if you have pets, don't move here because pets magically disappear while you are not at your apartment and there is work that needs to be done in your apartment. so we were sick of it and decided to end our lease, and once we put in our notice we started having problems. we were blamed for the neighbors trash being everywhere and a lot of other stuff. and the staff are very rude when you tell them you are putting in a 30 days notice. and i could never find parking and i was never given my carport that i was promised when i signed the lease. had to park a block away everytime. and the kids in the neighborhood always threw eggs at my windows and drawing infront of my door knocking and running, very unacceptable. will not recommend these apartments at all. NEVER MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!
