As a former maintenance tech for this property i advise to find some place eles,i know for a fact its roach infested and bedbugs,at least half of the buildings are,and for the management company that owens it they treat you real nice at first and than pull the rug out under you.its gone thru at least 6 maintenance supers and 3 managers in one yr.none of the maint. staff can fix and applainces and there dry wall repairs are decusting.there trying to make a 30 yr old property look like new.and it wont happen,
its still has it old problem from before and till they exterminate the whole property you will live with roaches and bed bugs,and for there pools they have no cert. pool operators on property so be ware when your swimming you could be sick the next day.and they dont even heat the other two pools,what a great admenity.so stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
