As one reveiwer put it, in all fairness the place may have changed since I lived there, however ... as much improvement as they needed, I don't think so. It was my first apartment, I was in a time crunch and needed a place to live in denver/aurora colorodo, I was recruited for a job from out of state. I was treated grandly over the phone, and when making arrangements, and when being assured of every detail. The miniute I got off the airport shuttle arriving at the property .. I was treated pretty shabby. I wasn't even able to keep my extra box in the office while I carried my first one to the apartment over on the other side of property. I was terrified, there was continual fighting in upstairs apartment, there was a little old lady who could barely walk who always took the elevator.. even though she got stuck in it every time.. but she could barely walk down the stairs with her walker..let me see..there were always drug deals, cops and what sounded like gun shots. I lived with one eye open in this place, and a single female, I was terrified, that is the word I would use living in this place.
