Lived here with fiance at the time (now married to him), and hated it!! Outside, the place looks nice, but inside, it was the GHETTO!! It was scary...I would walk outside and guys would stare at me, CREEPY!! Windows were getting busted out, doors broken down. Gangs were operating there, drug dealers, the hallways smelled like pot and I can't be around that since I'm military. This place should be on Buckley AFB's housing blacklist if it isn't already!! My fiance broke his lease to get me out of there and he got slapped with $3500...WHAT'!'!'!'!'! Now that we're married, I have to find places that will run my credit only...thanks a lot!!!!!! So much for my husband looking out for my safety...
Maintenance sucked with trouble calls...AC and freezer was broken for the longest time.
This place is called Lowry Village now...stay away from it if you know what's best!!!!!!!!
And if this place is overcharging my husband, we will call OSI at Buckley AFB (since I know someone there) and if the Wing Commander deems it necessary due to the gang activity and drug dealers there, they will ban this place from active duty military stationed or TDY at Buckley to where they can't even STEP FOOT on this property.
