i lived in the meadow lark apartments for one year. they have roaches they don't come out for repairs. the manager yudera is a very nasty person. they charge you for every little thing even if it is there fault. the get over badd. if your rent is late they will charge you 79. dollars and a 200.00 dollar attorney fee. and send it to eviction. that happend to me and i was only late once. they break into your cars come into your home with you not there and say they have to come in for matnince emergency when your not home and steal jewlery, money ect. by the way some of the matnince people are yudera causions. i've been waiting for my air conditioner to get fixed for two months and my shower head doesn't run water out of it. and they are raciest if your not mexican your not cool. make sure you don't move there. don't be suprised to see the manager fighting the residents. youdera will start a fight with you and brag about having you evicted. i've seen her do it. there are needles in parking lot for peoples personal drug use. they don't clean them up. crack heads live all over the complex don't let your children play @ park on property. you pay gas water trash and sometimes the gas bill is 150.00 a month as a mother speaking don't move your family there. the gang surenos sprayed the property with gang signs
