I also lived for almost over a year cuz credit promblems. and everything its true they have very poor management, never answer ur calls and they get mad at ur requests, my sink got clogged and it took them over a week to fix, and because i called them everyday,and overall what ever repairs they never answer, also in some ocassion yadira would look at the caller id and if she reconized the number she would ingnore it and would say rude comments.
