Were to begin' Well as most of the posting state Lynbrook is a DUMP and over priced. I work for a major airline and I was based in DCA. This DUMP was close to the airports.
Parking was so poor I cant even think of how to describe it.. YES if you have any one over they had best arrived at your apartment by cab. I lived there for 2 years and that was HELL. they changed the lease 2 times ( I had a 2 year lease) When I moved in the water was included in the rent but some time while I was there MANAGEMENT decided to charge for water... How they get your total is not by how much you use, but by the SQ foot of your apartment.... IS THAT FAIR' I lived alone 2.5 BR 1Bath and all the ROACHES I wanted. Keep in mind Im a flight attendant and I only spent 10 nights a month there.. Also do not forget the MANY familys of 6 that live there in a 2 BR apt. they pay less for water because there apt was smaller.. Also when I moved in my toilet leaked and yes I did contact the management and nothing was done... I called Mark Winkler company and got no were... So when I moved out I was told I had to pay for the floor in the bathroom..... Well if the came to fix it it would not be damaged...
YES it is true cars do get ripped off there or broken in to. And management is not responsable... YES rapes do occure on the property.... And YES they have tons of ROACHES ........ I wounder if they have lease?s.
OH YES THE OFFICE STAFF! Complex manager is a -----!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!
