The good things - spacious, parking for me always available and location, location, location.

The bad - maintenance and management is horrible! The "security" doors haven?t worked since I moved in. Equipment in the fitness center has been inoperable for about 6 months. Management provides little or no advance notice of changes or routine maintenance. BTW, insects are expected in a 20 yr old project, but most of the infestation are a result of other tenants. Speaking of other tenants - many are young transient yuppies or shady at best. Expect noise, roaming gangs of teens, and college student behavior. Maintenance staff are quick to respond but incompetent. If you have a problem, they?ll disconnect it and never return to repair the problem or jerry rig something. Visitors will have no problem entering, since the security doors don?t work, but they have to park 1/4 mile from your building. To tell you how management reacts to tenant concerns - when asked about the inconvenience of the visitor parking areas (although there never is a shortage of parking)the response was "the building is operated for the convenience of tenants, not guests". What they fail to realize is - if they inconvenience my guests, they inconvenience me! It appears that tenants are leaving in droves, so dissatisfaction is rempant. In short, signing a lease here was a very regrettable experience. If I could break my lease, I would!
