I have lived at Oak Ridge for a yr. now, and thank God my lease is up in August. This place is the worst. Only if you could rate the place based on how many times you have had to call the cops.If you can sleep like a log through shouting, honking horns, etc. (by the way all this noise occuring late at night) then its okay. But more and more I?ve found it very hard to get a good nights sleep while leaving here. I never open my window for fear of what random noises might wake me from my slumber in the middle of the night. As far as the staff goes, they suck. Its almost like they don?t care that people are uncomfortable or feel unsafe living there. My brother who lives here in a different building got all four of his tires stolen off his car. And my roommate while taking out the trash caught a maintance worker making out with an underage tenant. I mean could it get any worse' YES!!! The parking sucks to say the least, and if both you and your roommate want to have a visitor at the same time, forget it! There is only one visitor parking pass allocated per apartment. Ridiculous, especially for what we pay. The best part of the place is the pool and thats not enough to make me stay. If you are desperate than its an okay place to live, but if you have any other option take the other option.
