THey charge me late fees every moth even though I pay my rent on time. If you do not turn in your rent and receive a signed signature to verify receipt you will always be charged fees. If you complain about the bugs in the apartment they give you a fee. Basically they coem up with whatever excuse they can to charghe you extra money. I actually broke my lease by hiring a lawyer, it is costing me soem money but this palce is so terrible, the apartments, the management and most of all the bugs and crime. I have been robbed three times.
