This place is so crappy. Theft is rampant, cars get stolen, there are gang shootings and stabbings. Of course the shottings and stabbings only happen occasionally.

The management lets anyone in who has a pulse and the apartment hallways are full of filth and pestilence.

I get cherged late fees almost every month when rent is turned in on time.

THe maintenance has been in my apartment on several occasions with no notice.

Although there are several professionals who live within the community, it is overrun with tenants who are here illegally and speak absoluitely no english. I have family of 8 living down the hall from me, they are so poor they cannot even afford to put there clothes into a dryer. I have seen then carry their clothes back to their apartment in garbage bags and five gallon buckets.

THe entrance doors are constantly broken so that these families can get bakc into the building.

The roaches fillthe hallways and garbage rooms and creep under your doors and through any open space they can fit.

The heat is controlled by the complex so on freezing cold days your apartment stays freezing as well.

I fear for my life and for my sanity everyday.
My lease is up soon and I cannot wait, I tried to break it but I would have had to pay $3000.00 and I just did nto have the extra money otherwise i would have been long gone.

Please live soemwhwere else, this place is so horrible.
