This place is by far the worst place I have ever lived in; the cheap student housing I stayed at while in school was even better than this place. First of all management is downright rude and they do try to scam you. Last month I personally hand-delivered the rent check on the 2nd (you have until the 3rd) and even had them make a copy of the check and sign the copy as a receipt and they still had the nerve to charge a $55 late fee. And they were very uncooperative when my roommate questioned them on it. They have lost our packages, lost our rent checks, and we had to have them fix our patio door at least 6 times this year because they are too incompetent to get it right the first time. They don?t always leave a note that they have been in your apartment and we have had stuff stolen. And don?t get me started on the bugs! Don?t be fooled by the model apartments; the actual apartments are downright ghetto.
