First things first...don?t let the beautiful model apartments fool you. Sure did get me.

Secondly, management lies. When i asked about certain conditions, such as if there were any pest problems in the building, the leasing agent falsely satisfied my concerned with a "no."

I haven?t even lived there. I just looked at a sample apartment 2 weekends ago and i liked what i saw so i paid my security deposit and application fee on the spot since it looked great. I wasn?t allowed to see the exact apartment because it wasn?t "ready" to view. So i came back the following weekend to sign the lease, but first check out the actual apartment i?d be moving into.

Glad i did since i discovered walking down the hallway to my apartment maintenance spraying the entire hallway with pesticide. Then i went in the apartment and it wasn?t nearly as nice as the model.

To top the cake, i asked a random resident what he thought of the place and he said he was glad his lease is up soon because he couldn?t stand the roach problem. He said that every month maintenace will come to your room and make you remove everything from your closets so they can spray for roaches.

So i didn?t sign the lease and fought my best to get my $250 deposit back with no success. So i decided to write this report up and possibly even intercept people in front of the leasing center before they make the biggest mistake of their life moving there.

Hope this changes your mind not to live here.
