I just moved from Oak Ridge Apts and that was the best move I ever made. They don't care about the residents, well lets say my situation. I didn't really complain, but I did have problems with my apt. When I moved in my carpet should have been changed since it was filthy, they came and cleaned it and it was still a mess. Now I know they may not put in new carpet everytime someone moves out but if the carpet is very dirty then I think it should be changed. But Lilly told me they would come and clean it and then take pictures of the carpet wow! My refrigerator went out on Monday morning, I called the office immediately and had to throw all my food out but I didn't get another refrigerator until Wed. afternoon, that really sucked. My neighbors left garbage outside of the apt, I had to call three times about that then they threatened the neighbors with getting an attorney, why should it have taken that long, then since they decided not to take the trash to the garbage a stuart little decided to drop in how embarrassing! My air conditioner kept breaking so it had to be blown out several times lets say the water from the air conditioner thing leaked water on the floor and how about the carpet became mildewed shouldn't that have been enough. The office staff is very incompetent Gabby doesn't know anything. You ask a question and she's like um I don't know. The Oak Ridge Apts are very nice, its quiet, most of the people are very nice and I really didn't want to move but that office staff they need training in everything. Who ever is above Lilliana that person should definately rethink the training that his/her employees have.

I guess I can safely assume this person did not like Lillian , the past Manager for Oak Ridge. Since this review was posted, we have made some significant changes.
