three water leaks!
mait, no pride in there work at all!
the grounds are unkept.
only three mait. people for the intire complex.
management does not care.
they just want you rent

3 water leaks, at the same time? At different times? I wish this review was not anonymous so I could address it directly.
At times the grounds are challenging, in the summer the kids are out playing and kids can make a bit of a mess. We clean it up several times a day, but yes the toys, candy wrappers, and such can be bad.
We actually have a very good Maintenance Supervisor and 3 techs, 2 Grounds keepers and 2 House Keepers, and 4 people in the office, all working to make Oak Ridge a pleasant place to live.
We actually do care about our residents and their well being. Im sure a water leak or 3 water leaks was frustrating, but without knowing which apartment this was, it is hard for me to address exactly what happened.
