This is a nice quiet neighborhood. Noise complaints are dealt with quickly and problem tenants are evicted. There is an answering service and courtesy patrol at night that immediately investigates noise complaints and other disturbances. Place is kept clean and in good order. Management is great with tenants. I highly recommend it and remember you get what you pay for in life.
