I have lived at ODP for the last 3 yrs and a few months. The management and staff have be helpful at all times and very friendly.

I lived in two different apartments and never had any complaints other than the usual small things that are expected as you inhabit a home. The maitenance team was always there to fix it as soon as possible.

They often have resident participation in brunches, summer parties,bingo, christmas, etc. The food is great along with the fun if getting to know some of your neighbors.

I have never had any problems with breakin's either to my apartment or my vehicle and have actually left them unlocked (don't try this at home) in error with no problems. Noise levels are kept to a minimum and strictly reinforced. The outside lawns, patios, etc are also kept neat, clean and strictly enforced on patios and yards.

Overall my three years at ODP have been a great experience and would recommend anyone to move there. You won't regret it!
