In the three years I lived at One Dartmouth Place Apartments, I did not have any problems, that were not fixed or resolved in a timely manner. I also realized the age of these apartments but that did not keep me from moving in when I saw what ammenities were there as opposed to other complexes. The staff is very professional when dealing with their residents and the general public. I have seen the turn over at other apartment complexes with their staff as opposed to this complex. A high turn over in staff indicates there are problems in either the morale or manner the facility is operated. This staff has been there since I moved out and some of them started right after I moved in back in 1999. A professionally ran management and office should speak for itself by its turn over. What also impressed me about this complex was they had live-in security. There is also a 24 hr answering service who will call the security in the event there are problems. The security report the incident to the management and it is placed in the resident's file. Other complexes I have lived did not have those sevices available. I still maintain contact with the staff there and would recommend others to move there. I left there on good terms and, if conditions were right, would consider moving back.
