I moved there because a co-worker lived there. Looked OK. Shortly after moving in, I noticed a major proliferation of illegals with BOOM-BOOM cars that would keep you up all night.

The head of maintenance came over once shortly after I moved in - the only person to have been in my apt up until that time. I was burglarized that weekend. The detectives told me 3 other units there were burglarized that same weekend PLUS the previous maintenance staff had a history of burglary by using ODP passkeys. Couldn't prove anything, ODP never admitted anything, but interestingly enough, the maint crew was immediately fired and evicted.

Another thing - I gave notive to vacate, and about 1 week before I was due to move out, new neighbors (strangers) upstairs decided to go out and steal my car at 3 AM Monday morning. That's when the cops woke me up to say my car was out in the middle of the parking lot. The convertible roof was damaged. He also hit about 4-5 other vehicles. I found the contents of my car strewn all up and down the parking lot. He was convicted for auto theft.

Other issues with a diseased & buggy dead tree on my grassed back-patio that they REFUSED to do anything about.

BAD - BAD - BAD Management. I left skidmarks getting the heck out of there.

These claims can be backed up with police reports and court records.

very good review sorry about the thefts, but I would not put it past this horrible complex. I was wondering what that car was parked in the middle of our lot for that night your unit must not be far from mine. I'll definately leave some matching skidmarks when my lease is up next month.
