Maintenance does not keep the place up. If something breaks, they won't come if you call or even make a written request. The pipes make a high pitch squealing noise when you turn on the hot water, very annoying. Bird dropping all over the place, they live in the rafters, never been cleaned up. If you move in here, just hope nothing breaks, because maintenance will not fix it.
