This is the most unsafe I have ever felt in an apartment complex. Before moving in here, come by late at night on a weekend and walk around the grounds for a couple hours!

Oh god, DON'T walk around the grounds at night. Don't leave your patio door open at night either, even if you don't live on the ground floor. It's gotten pretty ghetto here, but on the upside, people move so often that it could be totally different in a few months.
