Last night as I came home from work I was robbed at knife point right in front of my apartment door. Called their patrol service and they didn't even show up. Ask management to let me off the contract out of good will, just so I wouldn't have to re-live this incident every evening and they were just plain rude and unsimpathetic. I'll be out as soon as my contract is up. If you value your life and family's security, DO NOT move in here. TERRIBLE place and HORRIBLE management. Hope this helps anyone. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Sorry about your experience. I was actually BURGLARIZED by the staff there. You can read my experience/s in an earlier posting. Hast Management could give a flying ---- about the safety of tenants. The bottom line for Hast is OCCUPANCY, it doesn't matter if they're criminal, illegal immigrants (same thing), or criminal employees with felonious backgrounds. Get the hell out of there, break your lease and call it a 'Constructive Eviction'. Go to FindLaw.com and get some advice.
