The new manager is very rude and does not take the time to listen to requests or complaints.Before you can finish your sentence,she cuts in with how things are going to be better now that SHE has taken over.She says that everything will be better and improved (when')She walks around the complex acting like she is so important,and acts like she lives in a mansion and never would be caught living here.She talks crap about how we all live.We all start at the bottom and work our way up.Also John' the assistant thinks he is so much better than everyone.He won't even give you a hello when you go to the office.He thinks he is doing you a favor when you come in to pay rent.VERY RUDE,and NO PEOPLE SKILLS.
This place will not stay together,and will go to pot(literally) if these two continue to pretend to manage this dump.It doesn't matter how many times we request service in our units, if it doesn't fit in with their schedule. we are screwed.
