This place cut the water each 1 or 2 weeks ,I guess is because they pay the water, so this way they cut down costs ,I've lived here during 2 years and the water has been cut every single 1 or 2 weeks , they always say it is because they are making plumbing repairs but ( is it normal 2 years making plumbing repairs '''''' ) , on the other hand is so insecure my clothes were stolen in the laundry room, tenants here go out to the parking and scream obscenities fighting each other and using all kind of bad words also hitting themselves, that is more than bothering. The space is good and the price too but , i guess the problems are more than intolerable. Last month they make an " inspection " in the apartments looking if you have clean the carpet and everything . why dont they fix first the problems before make stupid inspections'.

According to the workers there they have to shut the water off to whole complex. Cause it so old they don't have shut offs for each building. Be glad you got out when you did. As soon as I get my deposit back I will be posting on here as well. None of it good. Oh and each apartment does pay for their water it on the conservice bill. You are charged a base rate for heat whether you use it or not.Then if you do use it you pay for what you use as well.
