When I first moved in 4 yrs ago it was a great place to live. Not anymore. Not uncommon to see people (gang members) in the fields on the south side of complex shooting guns. Calling police for noise...what a joke. I watched one night as a guy was being beaten up in the parking lot by 6 guys. It took multiple calls to 911 and they still took over a 1/2 hr. to respond.
Water is shut off at least once a week. And that is when they notify you. Many times you don't know it shut off unless you see the sign at the entrance. Calling office for help...that a joke as well. Nothing gets done. I lived on the 3rd floor. For over 3yrs. my roof in the bathroom leaked into my light fixture. I finally gave up calling and complaining after 2.5 yrs. Be careful if you have packages delived and you're not home. They will go to the office and they are known to lose them.
Signs on the laundry room say open at 8 a.m. yea right. On weekends when it busiest time they might open at noon or 1. It is always a mess in there.
Please for your safety don't even think of living here. I am so happy to be out of there and away from all the gangs and illegals. Before you ask why did I stay so long. I couldn't afford to move out until a few months ago.
