Moved in back in November... nothing but problems. From day one. First and foremost, the office staff, is as close to useless as it can get. For the most part, they'll answer the phone, and thats it (and thats after 40 rings). Otherwise, don't bother. The hot tub, that was installed in October, still isn't working. And the status of it, has been the same since I moved in, waiting for the parts... haha, yeah. I don't have any blinds over my patio doors anymore, and my calls to get new ones from back in February still haven't reach maintenance I guess. Parking is beyond pathetic. Not a place to park, yet there being only half the apartments actually filled. Loud music as far as you can hear. There is contruction going on right across the parking lot. People leave garbage outside all week long, instead of bringing it down to the dumpster, so now we have ants and other insects everywhere... not to mention raccoons and skunks running around freely. Electricity has been off for 3 days, with no notice, and the water shut offs are a joke. Don't be fooled by the lower price or ever "free rent." Its not worth living in misery to save an extra $20.
