The first year I lived in here the staff was good and maintenance got took care of all my problems. But in the last 2 two years things have gone downhill. I had to call the city to get a mold problem taken care, a friend's car was towed, no hot water when I had to be at work in the morning about 5-7 different times, A/C went out and I was told that they would come and "look at it" in 24 hours and decide if it needed to be fixed, and Nicole has been a real b@@@@ (one of her maintenance crew told me that if we weren't nice to her that she just takes her time with our problems), I had checks stolen from my mailbox recently, and I just noticed ants around my apartment and have battling with them. I am now stuck in a lease and have had enough with the ants, so after my lease, I'm out of there!!! The worst part is that they give you no compensation for all the problems and work missed because they do not know how run an apartment complex.
