I have moved here about six months ago and I have to say that for the price it is a pretty good deal. Yes every once in awhile they have to shut the water off to maintain the pipes and stuff. But it is an older place. Anyway I like my apartment cause there is alot of space and when I moved in the office staff was pretty friendly. Every time I needed to fix something they came within 2 days or so. So I have to say it is ok here.

I think it is hilarious that the management tries to post nice reviews here right after a real resident posts a negative review. If you want your reputation to get better, try running a respectable business and take care of your customers.

Last comment was a nice one from the staff..hahahaha...quiet?? Try being nice and keep the place up a bit. We used to have nice grounds, flowers etc. A manager that was here for years that ran a decent place. Since Bridge took over, this place is GHETTO! Dirty, trash all over..nice try office!

This posting has to be management!! This place is not quiet, during the summer they had to drain the pool because a girl was drunk and broke glass in the pool area after hours. There are a lot of late night small parties going on??????which doesn??????t bother me personally but does not constitute for a quiet environment. And if this resident has lived here for that many years, then they should know about the guy getting shot in the parking lot and dying a couple years ago. You could still probably go onto one of the local news stations and find the old video of the newscast. And on tope of that, the mailboxes got broken into twice within a couple of months. So I don't think safety should have any points at all.
