This is the worst place to live!!!! there are rats in most of the first floor apartments with patio. You can see them since an apartment in an elevated floor. The other day I saw at least 10 rats "oh my god" in one of the first floor apartments. Some day I went out at night to the balcony and there were two rats in my own balcony. SOOOO disgusting. They do a terrible maintenance but.... oh yea!!! they are the first to shut the water off one day per week for "maintenance" ..Now the new tendency is to shut off your water two days per week ( one with notice , the other without it ) . The neighbours are terrible , noisy , you can listen everything that is happening in the other apartments. Even worse couples fighting every night , wifes screaming to their husbands all kind of bad words in the hall because their husband cheated on them, the police comes here very often . If some day you have some peace then the music starts , hip hop, rap style music with big speakers double surrounded . That is so difficult to tolerate !!! you can listen this boom boom boom boom of the bass all the time until 11 at night. It is also very very dangerous , you cannot go out at night , there are gangs outside !!! This is an inferno , don't move to this place.

What an long tale this is! There are not gangs outside, I have yet to see a rat. Do remember you live by open fields so there has been no where I have not seen a field mice even the apartments in Centennial and Highlands ranch. Maybe you just have poor neighbors. You are correct about the water shut off- I believe its excessive .
