We have lived here for four years. This place has the bad taste of a Colfax hotel and worse tenents. The management does not care of the condition of the complex, with there are 5 buildings to chose from. The city of Aurora recently had to theaten to close the complex or fix the problem. We have been in our current apartment for 6 months because the other one was in such bad shape that the walkway was falling on the ground. The front door still has yet to be fixed after 6 requests to have it fixed. If we had more money we would have left 3 years and 30 days ago.
