Do not move here, run the other way as fast as you can. The roached try to take over your apartment. People running all over looking for crack, kids are out of control. Lease was up did not get a notice and they are trying to charge me for month to month. Too bad I'm out. They begged me to stay! Literally begged. Stating if I stayed that they would finish the floor that I was told they would have had done over a year ago (they stated they couldn't finish it because they didn't have any money, yet they painted, yes painted the sidewalks and moved the leasing office from one end of the complex to the other--because, and I was told by a leasing agent, because the other end was out of control and nasty) or for just $20 more would move me into a renovated apartment that is half the size that I was in. This place is worse than any ghetto or barrio that I have ever been in. Don't believe me, move in and you'll find out for yourself

it's unvaliabable that there are drug dealers with so many kids living there and the management don't do anything about it, I was considering renting in The Park but because of the drugs I just keep looking.
