Bed-Bug and Cockroach Central - Stay Away
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 8/11/2009

I moved into the apartment because of low rent and was unable to take my time looking. Bad choice. From the start there was also a massive infestation of cockroaches as well which they treated by spraying every two weeks with no visible effect. The buildings lost power almost daily in the storms, heat was never a problem because they never turned it off so you cook in summer, safety lights didn't work in the inside hallways, etc. The worst was that after only a few short months of living there my apartment became infested with bed bugs that the neighbors kindly shared. The complex sprayed twice but it didn't help. I had to trash 90% of my belongings and move out in order to get rid of them. The whole building was clearly infested as there was an "bed-bug" furniture pile that grew next to the dumpsters near each building. I thanked my stars when I got out of there.
The only plus was that the management team were nice and did try to help by scheduling the spraying. Otherwise, nothing good to say about the place.
