I would watch out with these apartments my husband I were supposed to move in a second floor not knowingly moved are stuff at night and the creepy crawlers came out at night im not talking bugs but "roaches " casings on the sinks inside the dishwasher, refrigerator. apparently looks are deceiving . I f I were you stay away do you really want to live in conditions like that need I say more we broke our lease they refunded us and I moved somewhere else with healthier conditions! annoynomous:

Dear readers. I am a current employee at reflections at cherry creek apartments. I am familiar with this situation, as I was the one dealing with it. Dear anonymous, I apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. Unfortunately this problem was not discovered until resident has moved in, this apartment has been vacant for more than 70 days. We have never had any records of pest issues in that apartment. We responded professionally with full refund and released resident from the legal binding lease. This apartment has been treated, and is available for immediate move in as there's no evidence of pre-existing pest condition. Thank you very much. And again we apologize for any inconvenience.
