Avoid! Very unhappy living in Aurora.

Apartments are reasonably priced but very poorly maintained. Outside of buildings need extensive repair work. I was advised new carpet would be placed in my apartment before move-in but wasn't. Carpet looked to be at least ten years old, a horrible dark brown color and was so worn in places it couldn't be cleaned or vacumed. Other problem was extreme noise, at all hours of day and night. If you are expecting any peace and quite in your aparment, especially in the middle of the night,DO NOT MOVE TO RIDGE HILL. Management was hostile and unresponsive concerning noise complaints. Apartment has underground parking for an extra monthly fee, which is great, but not so great that anyone can park there without any worry of being towed. Called management to complain that cars were constantely being parked in my reserved spot and was told "It won't kill you". Bottom line, reasonably priced apartments with some decent amenities that would be OK with some work, but uncaring and arrogant attitude from management makes unlivable.
