The guy working on my roof would eat lunch on my patio and stare into my apartment - when I told the leasing office I was told "Shut your blinds". And that was prolly the best thing that has happend to me here! Have had countless compaints about my abusive neighbors .. nothing has been done. My car has been stolen parked right under a big bright light. My Utility bills are around $150 a month in the summer $200 in the winter .. just to keep the place at 72 in the winter 78 in the summer .. still the heat and/or AC is always running .. have made dozens of calls after hours .. each time have been told "I will be back after 9pm" .. what happends at 9pm' cause they never come back .. it takes countless more calls to get them to come back .. even with a hot water heater leaking all over the place durring the holidays! Not one place in my apartment is level .. actually in my bedroom the floor looks normal until you look at the outside wall - the floor lifts up about a foot across the whole room! Have to put wood plank things under my fish tank just to keep it level. Same complaints as other users here about the bird ---- and them getting stuck in the chimney .. the leasing office is rude and do not help at all .. okay .. so Joe is great .. he is about the only one I like! My carpet is black in spots from mildew .. i?m assuming from the hot water leak. My bathroom celing has a big crack in it - making my neighbors bath water drain down into my place. Kitchen appliances dont work worth a damn .. no frozen ice cream ... no cold soda?s. Can?t keel milk longer then a day. We were told "You need to clean around it more" .. which we did .. did not help! Light switch on wall .. took them 2 years to fix that so I could have light durring the day. The paint is peeling off the buildings ... yet the leasing office get?s a brand new big door! Ohhh .. fancy .. they have a club house here .. yet ... they wont let residents use it anymore' What?s that about' They care more about the parking lot cleaning each year then anything else!



If you still want to live here .. e-mail me and you can take over my lease! But don?t say I did not warn you!
