I originally moved to the property because I thought that the buildings with the brick incasings looked liked little castles. However, after living on the property and getting a closer look "nothing royal" about this complex! As far as the noise complaints I have issue with the complex, 1st would be the stair cases, if someone walks up the stairs with any form of a heavy foot, it sounds as though a herd of cattle being wrestled through, and the bed room windows are directly related to the staircases, which brings up another issue, the safety level is awful!
The outter appearance of the apartments appear okay from a distance, but when you get a closer look the siding is falling off, they have pieces of wood from the balcony ready to knock someone unconsious, and the paint' what paint' It is about to be natural wood siding un-intentionaly.
the trees are over grown, and bushes, and the parking lots have glass, trash, and are so dirty that its no wonder people have started to refer to the complex as the new addition to "Aurora's Ghetto".
The leasing office wants you to pay to park in the under garage parking, and its the vandilism play ground, that is if your car does not get stolen!
And the Leasing Staff' Thats a joke! That has to be the most rudest, unconcerned group of people in their league. The guy, He acts like you are putting him out when he has to actually get up and move. There is a young girl in there who has the most foul mouth, unbareable attitude I refuse to deal with her. I thought I had a option when there was a new face in the office, only to find out she is no longer there, she seemed as though she was willing to help.
I have an issue with a maintance problem, and I wanted to talk with her, but now I dont even feel as though I can report my problem and it getting done.
I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEKING A DECENT APARTMENT HOME TO LIVE IN, TO KEEP LOOKING BEYOND THIS ONE.
I plan on moving just as soon as my lease is up.
