I lived at Ridge Hill for about 3 years and I must say I have mixed reactions.
The Good-
-Fast and responsive repairs
-Decent (competitive rent)
- Laundry/swimming pool
-Recently remodeled the outward appearance.
-located within walking distance of shopping places. Home depot, Wal-mart, burger king, best buy, etc.

The bad
- a haven for car theft. It doesn't matter if you drive a POS, people will break in/ steal your car and its contents. Management do not car so don't bother reporting. Make sure you have damn good car insurance.
-People smoking weed
-noisy neighbors
-bird pigeon problems
-Management is terrible. The staff seems annoyed when you ask a question.
- the undergroung paking is $20.00 per months, and it gives car theives privacy to steal your car.
-There is absolutely no security in these apartments. Anyone can come in and anyone can leave undetected. If there is security its a joke.
The ugly
- Birds can get into the vents in the washing room. Once in they can build their nests. I you purchase a private washing machine and dryer, you can potentially fry several birds because of the heat going out the vents. I found out the hard way.
overall I would avoid these apatments. For a hundred dollars a month extra you can find much better apartments elsewhere.
